The 60-Day Guarantee
Run it for 60 days. If Eviction Notice hasn't earned a permanent spot in your routine, we'll refund you.
You don't need to send anything back. Not the box, not the unused sticks, not a photo. We're not going to make you pay to mail us something we'd throw away.
How it works
Email ops@servethenotice.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We reply within one business day and refund the purchase price to your original payment method within five business days.
No form, no phone call, no retention specialist trying to talk you into a discount code.
What's covered
Your first order, whether that's one box or two, and whether you finished it or barely opened it. The 60 days run from the delivery date on the carrier tracking, not the order date.
What's not covered
- Orders placed more than 60 days ago
- Shipping costs on the original order
- Repeat claims from the same customer or address
Subscriptions
The 60-day guarantee covers your first box. After that you can cancel anytime in your account. If a renewal charged before you got around to cancelling and it hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll refund it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email ops@servethenotice.com with a photo and we'll replace it. That's separate from the guarantee and there's no time limit on us getting your order right.
