Shipping policy

Where we ship
United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We don't currently ship internationally.

Cost
Flat $4.90 on single-box one-time orders. Free on subscriptions and on orders of two or more boxes.

Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll get tracking by email the moment your order leaves the facility.

Delivery
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipping, depending on your distance from our fulfillment center in Pennsylvania. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address. If you catch a mistake before it ships, email us right away and we'll fix it.

Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or tracking says delivered and it isn't there, email ops@servethenotice.com. We'll make it right.

Risk of loss
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
