Eviction Notice is a registered trade name of Pro Bono LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Throughout these Terms, "Eviction Notice," "we," "us," and "our" refer to that entity. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. Our products are dietary supplements intended for adults.

Products & Orders

All products are dietary supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Product descriptions and claims on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your physician before use if you have a medical condition, take prescription medication, or are pregnant or nursing.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to product availability.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval disclosed at checkout, currently $42.49 every 28 days including shipping, until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through your account. Cancellation takes effect for future orders; orders already processed will ship as scheduled. We will notify you before any change to your subscription price, and continued subscription after that notice constitutes acceptance.

If a renewal charges before you cancel and the order has not yet shipped, contact us and we will refund it.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on your first order. If you are not satisfied, email us within 60 days of delivery and we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method within five business days. No return is required.
